DECK. is thoughtful in our selection of ingredients for both our menu as well as our handcrafted cocktails. Each menu item focuses on fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create a unique dining experience that is fully immersed in the beauty of Hawaiʻi’s landscape.

Introducing Dealers on Deck. a guest bartending series.
Every 4th Sunday of the month Deck. will feature a bartender from another restaurant to support the small business community! Every bartender will feature three of their signature cocktails exclusively for that evening only. A portion of all liquor sales will go to them and their prospective restaurant or initiative that they support. Please help us support the community.

Our Food

Our chef makes an effort to source locally wherever we can. Form Kunoa Farms on Oahu to Hirabara on the Big Island we buy local where it counts. Our menu highlights Hawaiian favorites like spicy poke & guava smoked ribs while incorporating seafood favorites like our grilled octopus.

Our Cocktails

Our sustainability doesn’t stop with our cocktails. We make a conscious effort to use every aspect of an ingredient. An iconic piece of Hawaiian culture, pineapples are also a staple of our menu.  We use the fruit of the pineapple for a cordial, the rine to create a vermouth and the frawn for garnish. Inspired by local classics and industry favorites, we are proud of our cocktails that can appeal to any taste bud.

Leahi Room & Lanai

Make memories for a lifetime and host your event the Hawaiian way in our Leahi Room & Lanai. From weddings, reunions, corporate and social events, you can have it all steps from Diamond Head in an open-air setting with an indoor and outdoor area for up to 150 guests.
