Each menu item focuses on fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create a unique dining experience that is fully immersed in the beauty of Hawaiʻi’s landscape. Our sustainability doesn’t stop with our food. We also make a conscious effort to use every aspect of an ingredient in our cocktails. An iconic piece of Hawaiian culture, pineapples are also a staple of our menu. We use the fruit of the pineapple for a cordial, the rine to create a vermouth and the frawn for garnish. Inspired by local classics and industry favorites, we are proud of our cocktails that can appeal to any taste bud.
