At “The Waterman’s Feast,” you’ll embark on a unique experience that celebrates the bounty of the ocean & mountains and the rich traditions of Hawaiian cuisine. Watch as they create unique family recipes sharing insights into the origins of the dish and the sustainable practices used to bring it to the feast.

Throughout the evening, savor a delectable array of small plates – “pupu’s” in Hawaii – crafted from our coastal and deep ocean fish and game, each highlighting its delicate flavor and firm texture. From sashimi-grade slices to innovative grilled presentations, every bite will transport you to the heart of the Pacific. And every event will be different.
